Wychbold and Stoke Prior Garden Railway Update
A short video showing progress made on my new garden railway over the last 16 months or so.
Re: Wychbold and Stoke Prior Garden Railway Update
Very nice, thanks for sharing. The slow running is most impressive, well done.

Is that a burgeoning branch line I see before me?

Re: Wychbold and Stoke Prior Garden Railway Update
Yesterday was the second birthday of my garden railway.
I started construction on 28th June 2020. It's reached the toddler stage. Lots of growing up still to do.

Thanks for your update, it's shows how much effort you have put into this brilliant line. You have even detailed the ceiling in the tunnel.
Really impressed.

And included the little recesses for the staff to duck into if a train comes while they're in there!
It's all looking great. It's got a real mainline feel - I hope we get to see Gordon rushing over that bridge with The Express sometime...
All the best,
Andrew

Itβs wonderfully tidy and organised β nicely filmed too. Neat!

Thanks everyone for your supportive comments. The finished railway will have a double track section and a single track branch line which will descend on a spiral to pass under the bridge.Andrew wrote: βThu Jun 30, 2022 9:13 amAnd included the little recesses for the staff to duck into if a train comes while they're in there!

As for Gordon, I don't have the skill to scratch-build him and I can't see him ever being released by Bachmann in G Scale.
