Hi everyone, I would like some info if you can help. I want to print a locomotive in sm32 scale but have to re scale it up from a 00 one and can't work out what percentage it needs to scale up to sm32. Any help will be much appreciated.

Assuming that when you say a "00 one" you actually mean 4mm scale and not 3.5mm scale, then to get it to SM32 ( 16mm: ft) you simply multiply everything by 4, ie. 16mm/4mm = 4

Thanks, but what is the 4 my printer makes it tiny with that number.

Sorry, I'm not understanding?

1ft in real life = 4mm in "00" and 16mm in 16mil/SM32. So if your protoype is 25ft long, the 00 model is 100mm long and in sm32 it will be 400mm long.
Your printer will print it at whatever size your slicer tells it to. What drawing software are you using and what slicer?
