I know these are O-16.5 but they may be of some use by scaling up?
"In this pack you will find a series of O16.5 4 wheel open wagons based upon the stock of the Southwold railway, albeit with a modified chassis that will sit better among other O16.5 stock. In total you will find
1x one-plank open wagon
1x two-plank dropside open wagon
3x three-plank dropside open wagon (with varying ends)
1x four-plank dropside open wagon (based on a design trailed for sugar beet traffic)
all are designed to take standard Hornby 12.5mm wheelsets and feature integral NEM pockets to fit your couplings of choice "
