Does anyone know if anyone makes a cover for the Weebee safety valve?
Thanks in advance.

You can use your existing safety valve bonnet by fitting a brass collar around the safety valve that matches the ID of the safety valve bonnet.
I had one fitted to my Riverdale boiler using the Roundhouse cover. When you order the valve from TTD ask them to supply a collar for your engine.

Thanks Tom,
The Weebee is already fitted with a collar. Simon at Anything Narrow Gauge fitted it. However the collar is larger than the old valve body. The old valve body had only a few thou clearance. I 'll see if someone with access to machine tools can open out the diameter to a depth of about 3mm. Should do the trick I think?

I would ask Simon to adjust it for you as he fitted it.
Re: Weebee Safety Valve Cover
There's nothing wrong with the safety valve. The old cover is at fault. It was designed to fit the Accucraft safety, not the Weebee which is a different design and has different dimensions. There is a recess in the old cover which is not deep enough. I'll speak to Simon though to see what he can suggest.
