AnDel box van
AnDel box van
I took delivery of an AnDel box van the other day and it is now at the running stage. I am yet to add the brake gear (as I need some etch primer to tone down the brass rodding), and once that is done I'll be painting the strapping black to give it a bit of relief:

As with all AnDel kits, very easy.Matt wrote:Looks good. How easy was it to build?
The only part that I experienced some difficulty with was the roof. It was warped, so I had to immerse it in warm water, then I put 'laccy bands around it so it formed to the shape of the roof.
But the brake gear looks a little bit of an effort to put together, although you can omit it if need be.
