I think it is for indoors at the moment. The ink is made of silver nanoparticles, they can survive outdoor, but we don't know whether the paper can survive until we test.

The idea is lovely an ideal teaching aid when teaching some younger members of a club years back I used copper slug tape to do a similar thing

This is far simpler its probably only a matter of time before there is an out door version
