New Year Construction on the SHR

Post by SillyBilly » Sat Feb 07, 2009 2:53 pm

I was about to film the latest Gag Torton Episode but it started rainging as I walked out of the door  so instead I thought I'd show you a few thing I built/been building recently I've that haven't really seen much 'showing off' yet so here are the first few:

This has allready appeared a few times, but not this close up

The brakevan I got for Christmas in a matching livery, not sure whether one ran like this but I like it.

An IMP kit purchased at Stoneleigh last year, I need to do some filling then paint it.

After many year uming, arring and using the railway's and friend's ones I finally bought a pillar drill, because ALDI had them cheap!

looking good those carriages the van and the bug box should look great with each other, and a pillar drill is something I should get but have never got round too. Also space in dads workshop is at a premium (especially as the baseboards for were the indoor sidings have been put down at last!)
"What the hell is that?"
"It's a model icebreaker sir."
"It's a bit big isn't it?"
"It's a full scale model sir....."
