Just made a little video showing how Deltang receivers can be reprogrammed using a Deltang Tx20.

I think the greatest hurdle is the first one - deciding what you want the receiver to do and then working out which setting on the chart will make that change. Once you've got that information, the actual programming is relatively straightforward.
