Unrealism
We often wax lyrical over model photographs that are taken in such away that they look just like the real thing.
But how about examples of the opposite: reality that somehow looks like a model?
This is a 1:1 scale garden arch in Bressingham Gardens; but doesn't just look like a very good garden line with the rails just out of sight?

I saw this effect on a group on Facebook, the actual photo was of the engine shed at the Threlkeld Quarry Railway, but it looked like a model. Can't explain it personally, photography can both an art and a science, and extremely complex.
"What the hell is that?"
"It's a model icebreaker sir."
"It's a bit big isn't it?"
"It's a full scale model sir....."

The railway which people forgot
(to build)
I did a few like that on cars but after doing it a few times its pretty easy effect to do and a few dslr cameras have a setting that will do this for you..
I used to live near bressingham many years ago(A village called hinderclay which is a few miles from there) A big reason for me getting into narrow gauge railway was the nursery line and the garden line they have in place of the princess line..
