You've probably seen the clip about making Mamods on YouTube which I think was shown on the Discovery Channel, and you may even have seen the clips from the Wilesco DVD.
As I was buying some spare parts for my Wilescos I decided to buy this DVD as well.
It has narration in English and English subtitles for the German interviews. Amazing at how much is still done by hand for these engines and interesting to see the different soldering techniques including one which I believe is FLUXLESS ARGON ARC SOLDERING which is used when the final assembly is completed, soldering up the steam pipe connections on both sides of the base plate. It last for 25 mins, longer than the quick Mamod item.
I've managed to make a back-up copy of this DVD, so if you are interested you know who to call/PM!
