1/8th axle bearings

Does no-one use them? No-one seems to list them on their sites, at least, not the ones I generally frequent.

I need them for both purposes. For rolling stock they should be 'top-hat' type but for outside framed loso chassis they should be 'through' type.
Now that's confused the issue even further!

There is also Markits, but an image search suggests that they are top hat.

When I raced slot cars I used Timken roller bearings I don't know if there still available, they are very expensive. Most R/C cars used 1/8th. axles when I raced, so try model car shops.  Simply bearings do 1/8th. X 1/4" X 7/64th. at a good price.

IP use them in some kits, but I don't think Ivan sells them separately.

Depending on the application, I either turn my own out of brass rod, or cut pieces to size from a length of K&S 5/64" brass tube, which has a 1/8" bore.

OO scale loco axles are 1/8". Slaters make 1/8" frame bushes I think. Markits probably still make the old Romford ones and Alan Gibson Workshop would likely be another source.
