Little John Charger.

Hav'nt run my Little John loco for a while, gone to charge it up this morning and like a fool I've mixed the charger up with some others, think I've found it but it dos'nt bear any resemblance to the one in the instructions. Anyone know if the charger supplied is different to one illustrated?

It's a Axtronics Smart Charger model No H01440005-XX-D1. I'm wondering if they have upgraded the charger and not the manual.

I can't find any info of that model on the net so it might be end of life, however, if the connector on it fits the loco then it should be fine.

The Axtronics smart chargers have automatic cuf off so it's not going to damage it:

Many thanks for your help, i just wanted to make sure and not damage the loco. I'll have to be more organized in the future!

It's a Axtronics Smart Charger model No H01440005-XX-D1.

That's the same type that came with my Criccieth Castle so it'll be the right one.

I can recommend the component shop charger as used by Tom I use it on my IP loco and Silver Lady R/C battery's and my drill and screw driver as well.

Thank you everyone for your help and advice, it's much appreciated. I've charged the loco using the Axtronics charger and it charged fine. I think roundhouse supply a different charger to the one shown in the manual.
