Good to hear your continuing with her!
If it can be made full scale it can be made 16mm

So after a long wait the boiler and coal finally arrived from Riverdale (and no it was not made by Elves).
Everything was perfectly packed and well organised with documentation and boiler certificate, very impressed.
I am glad I waited for the exhaust/inlet tee's you have to use with their coal fire set up as it would of involved taking both cylinders off to get them on:
The chassis is now on it's way to Tony (Rhos Helyg Locomotive Works) to be completed as work have decided I need to take a bunch of exams just as I was about to start again on this project

Sam's little meths breathing dragon is good at melting sleepersBig Al:90959 wrote:Looks great Tom you will have to come and melt some of my Peco sleepers with your coal fire breathing creation if it can go down to 32mm gauge.
Thanks Al, I run 32mm (the one true gauge I was always told when I started in 16mm).
Waiting for the boiler to dry so I thought I would take some pics:
Once it's all built the BBQ paint colour should make the cab look more prototypical rather than shiny gloss which you all know by now I hate
