Brass or steel bevel gears

Has anyone a favourite supplier of metal bevel gears that they are willing to share. I am looking for some good quality bevels as final drives - coupled and bearing mounted shaft to both 3mm and 4mm axles, and while there are plenty of Delrin based bevels about of that size I want something to take load and last.

I ordered some Gears from Cambrian Models at the end of last week, and received an email the following day to say that they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock, nor was there an expected delivery date.

I didn't realise that Cambrian supplied bevel gears as they only have worm and wheel gear sets listed. I have found some listed on Essel Engineering website, but as they just refer to specific locos with no other description or details I will give them a ring tomorrow. They are certainly not cheap, but probably are the usual Essel quality if the sizes available are useable.
