L&BR brake vacuum pipes

With the help of L&BR books, excellent Mike King drawings and some pics i took of old L&BR No23 on a visit a couple of years back I have been slowly making alterations to an Accucraft model.  

I wish to represent the connecting brake vacuum pipe which ran from the bottom of the end pipes and along one side of the headstocks and solebar.

This pipe was narrower then on the end pipes.    On my blown up drawings in 16mm it could be 1.6 to 2.4 mm.  Does anyone know the diameter of the real pipe?  Many thanks

Off the top of my head no. But I will try and find out ASAP.... Prob got it in the notes for when I make my 23

I believe the pipe is 2" in diameter
