Ive found a supplier of peco sm32 track here in aus not to far away.
I have a box of peco SL700fb which is code 143 can I join it to the SM32 which is code 200??? do they make fishplate to join the two???

I think it's probably a "I don't know". I'm guessing here, but I expect it will fit together as Peco is the same stuff. Maybe you have the flexible type and the other stuff is not flexible? I think normal fishplates should join the two. Perhaps get a piece, then try it out.
