Quite so! In fact, I don't think I've ever seen a repainted Accucraft coach, which seems rather odd given how many of these vehicles are employed on "freelance" lines. Modellers aren't afraid of painting their own kit-built coaches, so why the reticence to repaint RTR examples?

With L&B coaches, the potential for might-have-been schemes is endless...SR malachite, BR carmine or carmine and cream, maroon, even rail blue. Personally I've love to see a complete L&B train in LSWR livery...

At any rate, that's a beautiful train you've got there Mike - I must say I'm quite jealous!
