Not quite a preserved railway -- but Sutton Coldfield Model Engineering Society are just starting on a new 32mm track.

Moors Valley and Didcot are both 45mm gauge.

Again, not strictly preserved but Guildford Model Engineer Society and Basingstoke Model Engineers both have garden railways at 32/45mm gauge.
Pecorama at Beer, Devon have a couple garden railway at 32mm and 45mm.

Andover and District Society of Model Engineers have a table top layout of 32mm and 45mm. Members only running mind

Chesterfield model engineering society has a 32mm and 45mm track. Its the only one I know of that has a bridge over a 5" raised track!
