Winter Work Schedule

I thought plywood might be better but when I asked GRS if they had any thin plywood the reply was "sorry, we don't stock balsa..."

I get my thin plywood from a local hobby shop that stocks r/c model aeroplane bits and pieces. Not particularly cheap as it is marine ply, but it has a good surface on both sides and I can get it in 1/32", 1/16" and 1/8".

Well, if this winter goes on like this, then 'the indoor jobs' are in no danger of neglect. We got an inch or so of snow overnight. First of the year in Arizona.

I spent a good deal of yesterday retrofitting stock built this summer with Accucraft chopper couplings as a supply finally arrived in my mailbox eleven months after the initial request!

Winter work schedule,

1 Build rear bunker on EVA

2 make longer platform at Stoe

3 Make the ip railbus work

4 Maintain and photograph all rolling stock for website

5 Train rabbits not to stray on track

Random other stuff as the need arises

7 Try out snowplough!! "WSPR apologises for the delay due to wrong sort of snow"

Thats enough to see me through
