Tommy Dodd may have an ARS key but I have a TASS button & a Rope Ladder, just like pirates, except the TASS button bit.

Wish they would also do some all metal wheelsets for the beyer Peacocks as well... I have not had the dreaded tyre spinning off issue yet that everyone has told me about. But I do cringe everytime she gets a lot of wheelslip..

Personally I think the accucraft countess isn't the best choice for coal firing, seeing as the cab is very enclosed so every time you go to fire the cab roof has to be lifted, and even then it is a tight space. I have a blow down valve on mine and it is a squeeze to get my hand in to get to the lever.

I hope they supply the right angled shovel to go with it

yes, i thought this too, certainly wouldn't be my choice of loco for coal firing.

It will probably use the same set up as the shawe ace where the back sheet lifts up with the cab roof.
