Great service once again

It is very rare that EKP Supplies (http://www.ekpsupplies.co.uk/index.php) have had something I've ordered out of stock.

I ordered a taper and plug 10BA tap as part of a slighlty larger order, everything else was in stock. So I got a phone call to say that everything else had been sent except the taps, and that unfortunately none of their suppliers knew when the 10BA taps would be in stock.

However, the following day I had another phone call saying that they had received some and they'd be sending them on straight away. So only a day's difference between the two parts of the order.

So, once again they have served me well. Much better than the service I received from Maccs Models. But that's another story...
