Do Chamber's Model Engineers exist?

Hi all. I'm new here. Just surfacing out of a sea of OO!. A quick question please.. Do Chamber's Model Engineers still exist. I have found a mention of them but no trace of a website. Yes, I want to build a JLL Peate & Sons P.O.wagon for my W&LLResq line. Thankyou. :|
