But.......... it's not as early as it purports to be - a 1950s "layout" would have had 80080! Also, notice the glaring continuity error - the apples on the lawn vanish in between the train disappearing into the "tunnel" near the end and re-emerging!

Nevertheless, a great bit of fun.

On a personal note, I once spent a delightful day doing something similar with Hornby O gauge in a garden in Birmingham - I was considered too young to go to my grandfather's cremation so was entertained with this instead............. one of the stations was called "Little Slithering in the Mud"..................
