copper washers and banjo bolts

I need some copper washers 3/16 bore by 1/4. they need to be exact to fit on the banjo bolts on my osmotor. Any ideas where I can get them? Also is how do you identify bolt threads?

EKP supplies. as for thread. Im not sure there is a way, other than trial and error
