Started a scratchbuilding project loosely based on typical peatwagons, used in Finland but also I have seen similar designs used in many other countries including UK and Ireland. Underframe is done by laminating 2 mm thick sticks together in order to get a 6 mm thickness. Now started to build the wagon ends.
Cheers,

Allu

I will follow this with interest. Always like a scratchbuild.

Wooden parts for the ends start to be ready. I distressd the wood and created more natural grain with a wire brush attached to a Dremel. Next probably the sides as I am still gathering material for the metal strappings and bolt heads.
Cheers,

Allu
