HO and G scale in action in Cornwall...

Some of our group were invited up to North Cornwall where we got to see 3 model railways... An HO scale layout in the garage which had recently been photoed for Railway Modeller, an N gauge layout under construction, and his 600ft G scale line.

The G scale garden line was very steep, and had a couple of bits of track damage making it out of gauge on a corner, but it was great fun to drive (very very very challenging with steam!), and it showed him what he needed to fix and improve. Here's the video:

I ought to get some of that accucraft stock to take on visits to the narrower minded garden railways! I need to look out on ebay!
