Does anyone know where/if it might be possible to obtain these kits, and what the current status of Swanswood is?

Hi, I thought Felton had stopped doing his L&B kits, the Accucraft effect!!
I am not sure that he is producing anything now as his kit range originally came from DJB who seem to be updating and re-releasing several of their old kits. I can PM you his contact details if you want to try, cheers Rob

DJB sold the wagon business to Swanswood but they didn't appear to do that much with it and then seem to pack up. DJB introduced a few wagons again last year but they didn't sell that well, so there are no plans to introduce any more this year.
The DJB "web master" is on holiday at the moment.
I hope that helps.
Steve

I know this is an old thread, but does anyone know where Felton Vowler of Swanswood is?

Hi John,

I'm afraid it looks like Mr Vowler passed away in 2017. I thought I'd heard that, and an internet search revealed that someone with that very unusual name, and an interest in railways, died at that time, aged 75.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news,

Andrew.
