Narrow Lines Magazine #126
I'm always on the lookout for any publication containing articles about the work of Rowland Emett. Currently on eBay there is a 'Narrow Lines' magazine,
vol. 126, dated December 2000/January 2001, which has 'Far Twittering and Oyster Creek Railway' listed as one of its articles. Unfortunately, despite being published by the 7mm Narrow Gauge Association, it is for sale in Tennessee, USA!
The asking price seems to be reasonable, but the postage is certainly not.
Does anyone here in UK have a copy for sale, or perhaps a scan of the article in question please?

It looks like 7mm NGA members can download pdf copies. Does anyone know anyone who is a member?
Unfortunately, it says they are not able to supply individual articles

EDIT: Actually, the wording is a bit ambiguous. I think 7mm NGA members can only download a pdf of the index, not the actual magazines. Sorry.

It looked interesting so I put in an offer on it. If I do get it I'll send a scan!

I did get it! I didn't note the expected delivery date but I'll let you know. I've been hoping to improve my rail-related library so this should be a nice addition.

Wonderful news, I hope the rest of the magazine is useful to you.

Arrived today, I picked it up from the mailbox on my way out to work and peeked at a few articles. Should be a good read! I had meant to scan it on the office copier but I didn't get around to it and forgot it at my desk.Peter Butler wrote: ↑Sat Jan 20, 2024 6:02 pm Wonderful news, I hope the rest of the magazine is useful to you.

Hopefully I'll remember to scan it tomorrow and bring it home for some leisure reading!

Forgot the magazine at work for a few days but finally remembered to scan it today. Let me know if it opens okay for you, otherwise I can attempt to change the format or post as images if necessary.
