Sept 2022 Gallery - Entry now closed
As we know there were 2 equal firsts for the June Gallery, but SteamGeorge has waived his right to pick a theme in favour of Lonsdaler.
Accordingly, Phil has decided on "A theme of 'Station or Halt', which can encompass any activity (or lack of) within a Station area."
Pretty much everyone has a station of some sort and we know that we have seen a lot of very nice constructions in other threads... so come on, lets have a bumper entry this quarter.
Entries by 1st September please. Rules as always but if you need to read them they are in the very first post in this thread.

A great start Peter. I don't recall seeing that background view on your railway before, have you found a new view point?

Thanks guys, the station has been re-sited so there is a new viewpoint. The trees are some distance away so look in scale.

I am surprised that there are not more entries?
I would have thought that there would be plenty of opportunities for photos, with the good weather?

Its pretty much par for the course, Phil. One or two to begin with then a big gap and then a flurry towards the end. There is still a month and half to go before the entry deadline.

My word, that moss deserves an award category in its own right. Incredible!
Re: Sept 2022 Gallery - Enter here
Maybe we should have an annual forum awards - Definite contender for “Best Moss” this year

Re: Sept 2022 Gallery - Enter here LAST DAY TOMORROW
The shortest station/halt on The Crowfoot Light Railway. This is a request stop only for passenger trains and as few know about it it is also the most peaceful.

Now THAT is what you call entering "by the skin of your teeth".
Thanks for entering Greg, and nice pic. Cardboard cut-outs ARE allowed, btw!
I'll do the voting page in a while.
