Mamod Coaches - Centre buffer conversion...
Mamod Coaches - Centre buffer conversion...
I know this is easy, but anyways, I had a go and made the best of my Mamod Coaches in a few mins...
Just undo the buffers, snap the little hook off, and slot the buffer bolt into the top hole that is left on the draw bar. Pop rivet the buffer holes, and paint over them... there you are!! Some more coaches compatible with other centre buffer types!

Nice. I do similar with our wagons exept I drill them out to fit the larger brandbright ones to avoid buffer lock whilst shunting.

I assume you mean the buffers. No the buffers are screw on and speaking from experience, for the love of god do not use any glue whatsoever, as soon asyou get a decent length train up the glue holding the buffers on breaks and your buggered.
Sorry to be preachy but in my book glue+buffers=big mistake
