Re: Weee Garden Railway
Yes - of course it counts - like the cameo scenes around it - just as (well nearly) as important as the trains!
Where did I put that uncoupler?

Re: Weee Garden Railway
That looks great. What have used to ballast the track? Looks good.
Re: Weee Garden Railway
Yes. Certainly counts as a garden railway for me.
Smashing little railway.

I used potting grit Then strong pva glue mix, one part water to one part glue. Then when dry sprinkled cement dust over it and fine spayed with water. Seams to be holding up well, Down now about seven weeks. And has taken a right few heavy rain showers.invicta280 wrote: βThu May 17, 2018 4:50 pm That looks great. Re: Weee Garden Railway
That's cute. I like it, clever use of a small space.
Re: Weee Garden Railway
Looks like a garden railway to me! One thing I can't see is a train though!
Are you modelling in O gauge?

Re: Weee Garden Railway
Yes O gauge I think I'm new to this Got 3 locos to run on it Mamod Mk, IP engineering diesel electric loco kit, and another diesel electric that in not sure of its make. There is a link at last photo of loco running in it
Re: Weee Garden Railway
Apologies - I overlooked the youtube link.
Edited to add: Yes 32mm track is O gauge, but the trains are 16mm to the foot (16 mill), so your track represents 2 foot gauge. O gauge is 7mm to the foot. It's very confusing!

Re: Weee Garden Railway
Hi - your last loco is from the Staple Hill railway made by one of our forum members, James from Devon - he advertises his locos and wagons on eBay - i have one of his slomo wagons which is great for controlling my live steamer on the gradients on my line
