PLR - This weekend's operating session
Just a few shots from this weekend's operating session (the one which preceded the alfresco evening meal)

Thanks for sharing that Rik, it's nice when it all comes together on a day like that.

Wonderful video (again) Rik, everything has established itself in a perfect setting, plants and structures alike.
Good to see the gunpowder van correctly sited in its train.

The best things in life are free.... so why am I doing this?

Very atmosheric and enjoyable viewing. I'll bet it gave you even more pleasure especially given the the lovely weather we had.

I like the stream of water; I attempted unsuccessfully to make one in the past. What is the power of your pump?
Re: PLR - This weekend's operating session
I've been asked this a few times - and I keep forgetting the answer. I think it's written on a plate on the pump but it's not easily accessible - inside the plastic dustbin which I use as a sump, covered in cobbles and pebbles. Next time I clean out the sump I'll make a note of the pump's power. I know it's quite powerful. I bought it in a sale - it was reduced from over £70 around ten years ago. Basically, buy the most powerful one you can afford.mymodeltrain wrote: ↑Wed May 16, 2018 4:59 pm I like the stream of water; I attempted unsuccessfully to make one in the past.
