Some time ago SMT featured a Mamod conversion inspired by the Snowdon engines, but it wasn't actually designed to run on the rack...

now now Pete no need to get nasty.
Mamod locos are legitamate small trains for garden railways and this is a garden railways forum for all makes models etc. Just read the intro next to the logo
Garden Railway Forum
The Garden Railway Forum is a welcoming online international community of people who model railways in the garden, all scale and gauge combinations are welcome.

I wasn't saying it in the same way as Pete, mereley saying that it is incorrect to use the collective term we as not all 90 odd of the membership will be interested in mamod conversions, it's like me saying,
"We all know the Ffestiniog Railway is the world's greatest railway", now while I know this is correct, some may wish to be ignorant of the fact and not think this ;) ;) !

It most certainly doen't stop them, just that it's the collective term we was used.
