The last time I remember answering a similar question I suggested a live steam RTR Beyer Garratt.

I'm with you Zach! Shes my favourite loco! Also I would love to see the London Chatam and Dover iona (small scotchman) class make a comeback, though I suspect the drawings no longer existMr. Bond of the DVLR:119019 wrote:A new build Lion would be first on my list I think!
