Cabbed Ruston in Jan / Feb 2008 issue of Garden Rail Mag

There was a feature on a model cabbed Ruston in Jan / Feb 2008 issue of Garden Rail Magazine. The maker of these little loco's is selling these on his Ebay site. Does anyone have the issue of Garden Rail that featured this loco?

From what i can gather they are made to order and heard somone waited 6 months for one
Passengers are reminded not to tease the engines
