Helpful money and sanity saving advice regarding Ikea.
The last time I went to Ikea I had to make use of my 'Emergency Credit Card'. This is a wonderful piece of kit and very simple. All you need to do is keep any credit or debit card that has been damaged and no longer works. Keep it hidden in your wallet and when the time comes to pay for something that you do not want, just attempt to use it and low and behold "Sorry dear there must be a problem with the bank account/pay not gone in/etc etc."
Result - no flat pack furniture assembly.
Sorry to move off topic but I feel this bit of advice is needed if any of you Gentlemen end up going to Ikea with the family to buy the item. Just make sure you have just enough pound notes to pay for them.
