Dragon gscale

Hello

I ordered some track from Dragon g scale two weeks ago.
They do not answer the phone or answer my e mail.
Does anyone know anything about them?
Are they on holiday or what?

Thanks

I know their shop in Pontardulais is long gone.
I seem to recall that there was two phone numbers, a land line and a mobile.
I will try and dig them both out if they are any use.

Jeremy was posting out some orders last week although it seems the service has of late generally fallen a bit behind. Most of the complaints last week seem to be about the lack of response to communication and late deliveries as reported in other forums.

Thanks for that information.
I have tried the landline number and e mail address on the website. If there is another phone number I would like to try that.

Otherwise I will have to cancel my order and go elsewhere.

thanks

They moved from 'The Bont' to a unit on an enterprise park in Capel Hendre near Cross Hands.
