Here is the final result.
I had to adjust height and diameter to fit the original.
Still haven´t figured out what the problem was.
Original tin pot on the left, printed one beside, printed and slightly weathered ones on the wagon.

Hi Rik,
The whole layout is O-gauge.
The middle circle is Fleischmann two-rail DC. The sleepers are cardboard.
Next is the clockwork circle with a siding and engine shed.
The rest is three-rail AC.
I also run Clockwork and livesteam on that part.
