Superb job on the lining and an even better job that you have done with the loco.

He is indeed, I don't have many friends, but the ones I have are indeed true friendsLonsdaler wrote: βFri Jun 04, 2021 11:00 pmAbsolutely delightful Steve. I think he has done a brilliant job and I am very very happy with it. He also put on some coal bunkers for me which I didn't know he was going to do so that was a very pleasant surprise.
Just some name plates and some couplings to go and I think I will be happy calling it complete for my purposes.

Re: Can you tell what it is yet?
Thank you, I am so liking this loco, I need to get my track clear so I can run a full circuit.
Erm, let me think about that for a millisecond, no, lol

Re: Can you tell what it is yet?
Little bit of an update. Some temporary name plates on, being replaced with slightly smaller ones at some point soon.
Managed to get a video of it just about flat out over points and into a reverse curve as someone asked what it was like on bends. Sorry I have still not cleaned the entire track yet, but this gives you a good idea of how it performs.

Re: Can you tell what it is yet?
Well all finished for now apart from adding Accucraft chopper couplings.
Thanks for watching and your encouraging comments on this build, growing from an idea into a working electric loco. It's been challenging but fun.
