DLR Railways

Post by danzig70 » Wed Apr 14, 2021 11:31 pm

Just thought I would start a topic for updates for my garden train project. Below is a video of a test run and later photos (today) of layout changes and irrigation test. The 3-hole bricks may a fine flood control device. It is supposed to rain tonite.

Looks like an excellent start.
Will be nice to see the effect when the wire frames green up.

Hi Dan,
A good start! You might be better asking a moderator to move this topic to Railways and Layouts, and then it will be with the other accounts of building and maintaining a garden railway? Just a thought. Keep it up!

Great start Dan - you certainly got something running quickly! Plenty of scope for expansion too...
