I do like your updated version. It looks like it will be a nice layout to run on and is easy to extend should you want to.
What is the software you use to create the plans?

Hi folks. Ronan AKA cooltrain and i did the final plan for the EGCT last night. as well as figuring out what stock im wanting/needing for my line.
the locos are
1 MSS 0-4-0 (already got)
2 Ip engineering simplex.
3 Roundhouse Sammie.
4 Roundhouse Lady anne Brunswick Green,Radio control and insulated wheels.
and 17 wagons for my line.
heres the track plan for those interested.

That yard will be nice to shunt from whatever side you approach. It will be good to revisit that list in 4 years and see how much stock you have accumulated. :D

Hi folks. i got the track and when i put the loco on the track only one of the wheels where on the track. and the track looks like 32mm gauge not 45mm so im going to sell the track and with the money from the track im going to put it to some money for the track for the line.

I would keep the 45mm track, there is more choice of locos and rolling stock to run than on 32mm.

Hi folks. the track is acctually the orignal mamod track which is 32mm gauge so im going to have to sell it and with the money from the trakc will go to the track ill use for my line. Mitch:):)

Hi folks. the kits came and i accidently ordered a open passenger coach which im going to modify with a roof on top. we managed to clear out the area where the line is going and get a new shorter plan together. heres the plan if your interested

Hi folks,the line has had a massive improvement since the last time i spoke. i have got all the bits for my yard some points which i am picking up on Sunday (the switch mechs need rebuilding) and 2 pieces of rolling stock complete. i will start work on the yard next week once my points come and will be installed once my track come and once there rebuilt. hope you enjoyed this brief update.Mitch:)
