Railway Modeller Magazine

Post by Peter Butler » Fri Aug 14, 2015 11:58 am

Whilst having a wonderful time food shopping in Morrison's Supermarket yesterday (other Supermarkets are available!) I managed to escape from my wife's side and took a moment to browse through the above mentioned magazine.
Usually it holds little or no interest for me as I only do 16mm scale which is outside the general reader coverage.  However, I was drawn to a single model railway title within the pages only to find a 'N' gauge/scale? layout called 'UMBRIDGE'.
I should have a copyright (?) or something on the use of that name as it has been on my railway for the past 35 years, travelling the exhibition circuit, winning best in show at Warley but never appearing in print!
That kind of fame has eluded me!

I'm guessing the 'N' gauge/scale layout is in the packing crate?
The best things in life are free.... so why am I doing this?
