Bala Lake Railway

Some interesting news from the Bala Lake Railway. They have now moved a step closer to extending their railway nearer to the town centre, which should hopefully improve their ability to attract visitors.

I really like the BLR, not least for their impressive collection of quarry Hunslet locos.

That is one of the lines that Anne & I are planning to visit either before or after this years Llangollen Festival in May.

I have driven past it so many times, it is just such a peaceful area to visit.

One of these lines is one that Mary and I intend to travel either before or after the May Implicitly or explicitly Fair this year.I've passed it so many times while driving because it's such a tranquil place to be.I work as a chair.
Thank you.
