Some of you may be familiar with the Man Engine from Cornwall. For those of you who are not, it is a 40ft high, metal puppet that was built to celebrate the Cornish tin industry.
This year it (he?) was in South Wales and last night I went over to Swansea to see it.

Re: Man Engine
It was rather impressive.
Mind you it scared the living daylights out of my 6 year old Son & Heir (although he is going through a rather 'wet' stage at the moment and has decided that even the hoover is a bit terrifying)
If it comes anywhere near you I can highly recommend it.

Re: Man Engine
Fantastic pictures. Is there a website or somewhere that I can find out more? I'd like to take my granddaughter to see it.
