re enlarging drawings

Post by peterbunce » Wed Nov 05, 2014 2:57 pm

Hi,

7 to 16mm - multiply the scans by 2.28: check and if required adjust, that is very close.

Second download the calculator (I am sure there are others, and I assume you use 'Windows) from the following link

http://www.auditor2000.co.il/aucalcdl.htm

its free.

Yours Peter.

You measure the coach in 7mm to get the full size then convert to 16mm so a 10ft coach in 7mm would be 70mm in 16mm it would be 160mm. You dont need to enlarge a drawing if the drawing is to scale.
