It was a bit of a giggle. It was sunny when I set out around the track, by the time I got to the first corner it was raining, by the time I came out of a tunnel it was hailing hard.
I was still grinning though.

It looks like there will be another addition the the 5" inch stable soon. I will post pictures when it arrives. I did feel slightly guilty about spending time playing with larger stuff as opposed to 16mm but I have reasoned that the 16mm stuff is still there to use when I want and I don't have a railway to run it on anyway. I am trying to get to the stage when my hobbies fund themselves to a point, The recent disposal of some 0 gauge tinplate stuff (Purchased when it was cheap and no one wanted it) and the sale of a fair bit of American-Flyer S gauge (Purchased 20 years ago when a lot of people in the UK had no idea of what it was and there was no easy way of selling it on to collectors in the US) has almost funded the new item.

Like much of the stuff that arrives on the PMR it needs work, but when this is done it will be worth more than I paid for it and I can't see any problems with moving it on when the need or desire arises.

Watch this space.

Alright then.

I think it is green, but it might be red as my colour vision is poor.

Ah ha, this might explain the rather annoyed copper I encountered last week.
