Accucraft Ruby.

Post by Tony Bird » Mon May 09, 2022 2:01 pm

Hi,

A young friend had bought a new Accucraft Ruby which the cylinders came loose on after only a few runs. It is the first time I have worked on one of these models and I don't think their quality control is that good.

Take care Tony.

Well, you've certainly managed to get the best that could be reasonably expected from this model. It seems to run quite nicely now. Everything I've read about the "Ruby" locomotive is that it's a basic little engine that really wants fettling before it will run well.
