I’ve just spent my fun tokens on a second hand millie. I’m looking to make a tank top coal bunker.

Locoworks do ready made ones. It's described as being for a Roundhouse Mildred. If you want to make your own, just search for 16mm loco images and you should see some generic designs.

Alternatively, swift sixteen do a brass kit for a rectangular basket that sits atop the side tank.
