Storing G scale Analogue controllers
Storing G scale Analogue controllers
I plan on buying the LGB 19904 oval track set to get me going but as I will be using live steam I won't need the controller, but I don't want to get rid of it, how do I store the controller and clamps long term until I start using electric locomotives, I don't want to just shove it somewhere and it gets ruined.

Just somewhere dry. I still have the transformer/controller I got with my LGB starter set around 20 years ago. It's in one of those plastic crates together with a load of other electrical stuff on a shelf in my workshop. I get it out from time to time to test locos.Someone wrote: ↑Thu Mar 31, 2022 11:48 am I plan on buying the LGB 19904 oval track set to get me going but as I will be using live steam I won't need the controller, but I don't want to get rid of it, how do I store the controller and clamps long term until I start using electric locomotives, I don't want to just shove it somewhere and it gets ruined.
