ABS and Styrene are both on the list I do not cut on my laser. At all due to Chlorine issues. I can 100% assure you I can not get wood and plastic for £1 a KG (try 2-40 a sheet!) so the maths would be vastly different. And such maths I would not want to go into as that's effectively commercial information. While the CAD software will give a semi accurate time readout, I find it is sometimes as much as 25% off so not something I actively pay attention too.
